I sat on the end of the section next to John, who when he wasn't playing Chinese funeral marches ("the steadiest work in town...") makes a fine jazz trumpeter. In fact, the same could be said for the whole section. A word of warning though, if you gaze at this photo too long your vision may be adversely affected.
