Warren Gale

Warren Gale played with Joe for many years. Also a first-rate arranger, the band performed his beautiful treatment of La Mesha, a ballad by Kenny Dorham. Warren's got a lot on his mind and will chat at length about almost anything (usually very rapidly and without any breaks!). A real tasty player, Warren; everyone shut up and listened whenever he started soloing.
